At this time, Pierre Cardin was being licensed to test a dress line at a new price point. Because of the success of my selections from this clothing manufacturer, I was asked to collaborate with their designer and Mr. Cardin on style, fabric and color. We produced two catalogs together, the selections were a hit and the manufacturer continued a long association with the Pierre Cardin label.
