The Bitter Southerner

Retail Consultant

The Bitter Southerner, a web magazine launched by former Atlanta-Journal Constitution writers, delivers a unique editorial mix of essays and articles from nationally respected authors with pieces on Southern foods, drinks, and lifestyle. I worked with the magazine to source high-end ‘Made in the South’ products from artisans and makers as well as spearheaded exclusive retail partnerships and collaborations. I developed systems and procedures for on-line ordering.

Mainly Baskets

marKeting Consultant

When Mainly Baskets re-entered the Atlanta International Gift Market, I was commissioned to coordinate a textile line to accompany their wicker furniture, design exhibition space and develop a mailer.  Once the statement samples were assembled, I commissioned artist Anne Bohne to delineate the scene for the show invitation above.
